Mutation testing runs at the bytecode level with caching, policy gates, lie detection, and --why survivor explanations. The embedded DSLs ship HTTP services (Quarkus) and SQLite with compile-time column validation. Distribution covers Linux x64, Windows x64, macOS arm64/x64, and Docker, with bundled JRE and one-line install scripts.
